Membership of the MindWorks PRO™ Speaker Network provides a structured pathway for professionals delivering talks, training, and communication within corporate environments.
The network supports individuals at different stages—from those beginning their speaking development to experienced professionals—within a clear and progressive framework.
Membership Pathways
There are two routes into the Speaker Network:
Experience Pathway
For professionals with an established track record in speaking, training, or professional communication.
Entry is based on:

Training Pathway
For individuals developing their speaking capability through the MindWorks PRO™ training programmes.
This pathway provides:
- structured development
- practical speaking experience
- progression into the Speaker Network

Student Member (Development Level)
An entry-level position for individuals beginning their speaking development. Suitable for:
- those new to professional speaking
- individuals preparing to undertake training
- participants of the 2-day Speaker & Communication Mastery course
Student Members:

- may progress to full membership
Member (MMPSN)
The standard professional level within the Speaker Network.
Members:
- are aligned to the MindWorks PRO™ framework
- demonstrate professional capability
- may access development and speaking opportunities
Fellow of the MindWorks PRO™ Speaker Network (FMPSN)
A senior designation awarded to individuals demonstrating strong professional experience and consistent delivery.
Fellows:
- represent a higher level within the network
- demonstrate established capability
- may be considered for advanced opportunities
Accredited MindWorks PRO™ Speaker
Awarded to individuals who complete advanced MindWorks PRO™ speaker training.
This designation confirms:
- structured speaking capability
- alignment with the framework
- readiness for professional delivery

Progression Pathway
The Speaker Network provides a clear development structure:
Student Member → Member (MMPSN)→ Fellow (FMPSN) → Speaker Panel (invitation only)
Accredited Speaker status may be achieved through completion of advanced training and sits alongside this progression.
CPD & Professional Standards
The MindWorks PRO™ Speaker Network operates with a structured approach to ongoing professional development.
Members are expected to maintain and develop their capability through continued learning, application, and delivery.
CPD Expectations
To maintain active membership, individuals are expected to complete a minimum level of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) each year.
This may include:
- delivery of talks or training sessions
- participation in MindWorks PRO™ events or programmes
- further training or development activities
- contribution to structured speaking opportunities
Annual Requirements
Members are expected to complete a minimum CPD requirement annually to maintain active status within the network.
Higher levels of membership, including Fellow status, require a greater level of ongoing contribution and professional engagement.
Maintaining Standards
The CPD framework ensures that all members:
- continue to develop their capability
- remain aligned with the MindWorks PRO™ framework
- maintain a consistent level of professional delivery
The CPD structure forms part of the governance framework of the MindWorks PRO™ Speaker Network.
Progression to the Speaker Panel

Fees
Membership is structured as follows:
Student Member: Entry-level (included with or linked to training pathway)
Member: £250 + VAT (annual)
Fellow (FMPSN): £450 + VAT (annual)
Speaker Panel (invitation only):
- Annual: £600 + VAT
